These terms apply when you use tutornorth.com and any TutorNorth resources. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Using our resources

• You may print and use TutorNorth packs and kits with any students you teach, in person or online.
• You may adapt them for your own lessons.
• You may not resell, share publicly, upload to other sites, or pass off the files as your own.

Accuracy

We solve and check every question before release. If you still find a mistake, email hello@tutornorth.com and we will fix it and send you the corrected file. Our resources support your teaching; they are not official exam material and are not endorsed by any school or examination board.

Purchases

Paid products are sold through our sales platform, which processes payment and handles sales tax as the merchant of record. Its checkout terms apply to the payment. Our refund policy explains when you can get your money back.

Ownership

All TutorNorth content is © 2026 TutorNorth. Buying or downloading a resource gives you a licence to use it as described above, not ownership of the content.

Liability

We provide our resources in good faith. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law.
